Holy Faith Sisters

The Holy Faith Sisters were Nuns that started our school St Pius X Catholic School. Margaret Aylward started the Holy Faith Sisters. She started our school because she wants children to have a better Education.

Koru

The koru on the left and right is a Maori God. The line between the middle means they are joined for life.

School Embler Description

The cross reminds us that Jesus died on the cross for us because he loved us.
The waves remind us that water is a symbol of healing in our baptism.
The top of the circle reminds us that Jesus will light our way.
The bottom of the circle reminds us of God's creation.

Drama Presentation

Easter Presentation

I did this Easter presentation  because I  was so proud of my work and I wanted to share my learning on the Internet so everyone could see how good my skills are.

Stellaluna

Stellaluna is a fruit bat. She eats fruit like mango also she eats pollen. She can see at the night. They sleep upside down. They sleep during the day and they stay awake in the night.
