PAT - Maths Test

This morning Room 7 had another test which was the PAT Maths. I wasn't looking forward to this test. I was so nervous because I hadn't practised that much on my maths which I was disappointed about. But I tried my best to complete the test. Next time I need more practice on my maths and I'll make sure I'll do it.

My Basic Fact Test:

In my Basic fact test today I did well because I have got 40/40 which means I got all my answers right and I’m proud of that. Next time I will try to go into Stage 7 test.

Today for Maths I've learnt to read 6 digit numbers and also I've learnt how to solve a problem by using Strategies 
( Tidy numbers, Place Value. )

Today I am so proud of myself and exciting because I have got a Improvement Gold Award certificate from Maths Whizz. I am looking forward to keep this work up and achieve my goals.

Maths - Fraction!

Today I have been working on my fractions,  I added it to my maths goals and I feel I have achieved it because I've been practicing working on it and learning how to explain how I got the answer. I am very very proud of myself because I am getting there to achieved my goals which is great. Hopefully I achieved my maths goals by the end of this year. Proteotec Basic Facts Stage 5 Complete...!

Wow I am very proud of myself because I got my answers all right 60/60 and because how I always say that my goals are for this test is that the minutes as to be 4m under and so I got 3m 10s. I am very very Proud....! :) :D

Prototec Basic Facts (Stage 5)

Wow I am very proud of myself because I got 60/60 so that means I have complete Stage 5 but that doesn't mean I'm moving on to Stage 6, but I could try my best so that I could be national standard on my Maths. I am very very proud because my I got 4m 7s but next time I am trying my best to get under 4m. :)

Today I've been doing Maths Activity. I am on Stage 5 and I did this test. I got 59/60 so I'm proud of myself for trying my best. Hope that when I do it again hope to see the time is under 4 minutes.

My Writing and Maths Goals Term 2 2014

For my goals for Term 2 is to use 
* Specific and interesting vocabulary.
*Use the structure of explanation correctly.
* Use capital letters and fullstops consistenly. 
This term I need to approve my writing so that I can achieve my Goals for this term and hopefully next term hope to move to a different goal. 

My goals for maths is to achieve
* Doubles and halves to 100 
*groupings within 100 using 5s
*3 & 4 x table 
This term I need to complete my goals so when next term comes I'm in a higher level.

My maths test for stage 5 was really good but I just need to practice Groups within 100. All the other test I have done I have got 10/10 and I am very proud of myself. Next time I'll try and get answers right and try to move on to stage 6. 

Going On Maths Whizz!! :-)

 Nearly Night time I decide to go on Maths Whizz because it helps me to learn my basic facts and my maths skill. Also I like Maths Whizz because it helps me to be clever on it and you change your your room Colourful and you can buy pets. On Xtra Maths it helps me answer the basic Facts quick. See you tomorrow.

 On Week 5 for our maths we had to do a video how did the machine works and it was called Guess my number and the machine did the opposite and that how the machine worked out my number. This is the video that my group Circle had done.

Today we had to do a screen shot of  Maths Whizz. This what I screen shot. I am on Crafty Circles on maths and that group is stage 5.

Maths Reflection

In my maths this term our class goes on Math Whizz. I like maths whizz because I can learn new things and also it is very fun. 

We go on Xtra maths, sometimes it is very hard. Xtra maths is very fun though. 

Maths Whizz helps us learn addition and subtraction so we can be clever on maths.

In Addition and Subtraction I am on Stage 5.
